Privacy Policy

Perksly is built on a simple principle: your financial data is yours. This policy explains exactly what we collect, what we don't, and how we use what little we do receive.

What stays on your device

The following data is stored only on your device, encrypted using Android Keystore. It is never transmitted to us or any third party:

· The credit cards you've added to your wallet
· Your benefit usage (amounts used, dates, checkboxes)
· App settings and preferences

We have no servers that hold this information. We cannot access it, recover it, or hand it to anyone — because we never receive it.

Analytics

We collect two tiers of analytics, both entirely anonymous. No user IDs, no device fingerprints, no card names or amounts — ever.

Always on

Core analytics

· Screen views (e.g. "Home screen opened")
· Crash reports and error logs
· App install and subscription conversion events

Opt-in

Enhanced analytics

· Detailed interaction flows (e.g. steps taken to add a card)
· Time spent on each screen
· Feature usage frequency

Toggle anytime in Settings → Help improve Perksly. Still fully anonymous — we never see which cards you hold.

Discrepancy reports

If you spot incorrect benefit information, you can report it by emailing us directly from your email app. We receive whatever you include in that email — nothing more. We use it only to fix the benefit data and do not store or share it.

iOS waitlist

If you sign up for the iOS waitlist on our website, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of notifying you when the iOS app is available. We will not use it for marketing or share it with third parties. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing support@perksly.app.

Card benefits database

The app downloads card benefit definitions from our servers to stay up to date. These requests are fully anonymous — no user identifiers, no cookies, no information about which cards you hold. They are equivalent to loading a public web page.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see your payment details. We receive only a confirmation that a valid subscription exists — no identifying information beyond what Google Play provides to all Android developers.

Third-party services

Supabase

Hosts our card benefits database and receives anonymous discrepancy reports. No personal data is stored there.

Google Play

Manages app distribution and billing.

Analytics platform

Receives the anonymous analytics events described in Section 02. No personal data or financial information is included.

Data retention

Because we don't store your personal data, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. Your on-device data can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app or tapping Clear data in your device settings.

Anonymous analytics events are retained in aggregate for up to 24 months to track long-term stability trends.

Children's privacy

Perksly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
