How do I add a card?
Tap the + button on the home screen and search for your card by name or issuer. Select it and it's added to your wallet instantly — all benefits are pre-loaded automatically from our database.
My card isn't in the database. What do I do?
We're continuously adding new cards. Email us at support@perksly.app with the card name and issuer and we'll prioritize adding it.
How do I mark a benefit as used?
Open a card from your wallet, find the benefit, and tap it. Depending on the benefit type you'll see a checkbox, a credit amount slider, or a counter — update it to reflect what you've used.
Benefits & Tracking
When do monthly benefits reset?
Monthly benefits reset on the 1st of each calendar month, matching how the card issuers apply them. Perksly resets your tracking automatically — you don't need to do anything.
The benefit details look wrong. How do I report it?
Email us at support@perksly.app with the card name and the benefit detail that looks wrong. We review reports daily and update the database quickly.
How do I find which of my cards has a specific benefit?
Use the search or filter on the Benefits tab to look up things like "travel insurance", "lounge access", or "no foreign transaction fee" — Perksly will show which of your cards cover it.
Notifications
When will I get reminded about expiring benefits?
Perksly notifies you 7 days before monthly credits reset and 30 days before annual benefits expire — giving you enough time to actually use them.
I'm not receiving notifications. How do I fix this?
Go to your device's Settings → Apps → Perksly → Notifications and make sure they're enabled. You can also check notification preferences inside the app under Settings.
Privacy & Data
Where is my data stored?
Everything — your cards, benefit usage, and settings — is stored only on your device, encrypted via Android Keystore. We never see it, and it's never uploaded to any server.
Do I need an account?
No account, no sign-in, no email required. Just install and go.
How do I back up or move my data to a new phone?
Use the Export option in Settings to save a backup file, then use Import on your new device to restore it. No cloud needed.
Subscription & Billing
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
The free tier lets you track up to 2 cards with all features included. Premium unlocks unlimited cards — that's the only difference. If you have more than 2 cards worth tracking, Premium pays for itself quickly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Google Play. Go to Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and cancel from there. You'll keep Premium access until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your data stays on your device. You'll be limited back to tracking 2 cards, but all your existing card data remains intact. You can export it anytime.
